ACCOUNT & PLAN MANAGEMENT
The profile section allows editing of the address associated with your Timeinator account. Our technology only allows timer operation at one address per account. Plan management and cancellation may also be attended to in this location.
THE EQUIPMENT LIBRARY
Customizing The Timeinator to your facilities exact needs is one of the coolest features in the application. You can literally build your kitchen and other areas of your restaurant. Need another timer? No problem… Open up the setting for the equipment and add another timer to it in minutes…
Customize The Timeinator to your specific menu. If you want the French Fries shaken at 2 minutes and the Calamari shaken at 1 minute. Set up the interval. Never miss adding cheese or bacon to a burger at the proper time again. Limit items such as seafood to being timed on specific equipment to help prevent cross contamination. From timing pizzas in the oven or in a food display case to tracking times for your sanitation buckets, The Timeinator can be used to track the time for anything!
BUILD YOUR COOK LINE AND OTHER TIMER ZONES
The Timeinator cooking screens show the pieces of equipment in your restaurant laid out according to how it is positioned in your facility. Build cook lines and add as many additional tablets as you like to your Timeinator account.
The Timeinator Super User is the login identity for the owner or manager. The Super User Login process is where each tablet in your operation is assigned it’s responsibility. The Manage Super User page allows changing the name and password and also provides a place to add a master manager password. This manager password may be used to override any employees password within your business.
SETTING UP YOUR STAFF
Timeinator is a video game that provides statistics regarding employee performance… If they play well they work well.
SUPER USER 1 OF 3
The Timeinator Super User Login Video 1 covers logging into and assigning roles and responsibilities to each tablet that you use in your restaurant. Just like a POS system has certain computer stations dedicated performing certain tasks, The Timeinator allows you to decide what tablets will show your setup cooking zones. The Super User login allows for using the timer without playing our video game as well.
SUPER USER 2 OF 3
Once a table has been assigned a cooking zone of equipment to display and time, then employees may log into and start playing The Timeinator Video Game. Responsibilities for cooking zones may be shared between several staff members and game points will be shared or employees can be assigned cooking zones to themselves, in which case only said employee will receive game points from this tablet. Employees logging out from the game is fast and easy.

The Super User Dashboard is where employees can edit there login passwords. View individual employee performance in The Timeinator video game on the fly, view employees currently on duty and edit employee information using your Super User password.
The individual employee statistics page allows you to view your employee performance playing The Timeinator Game. Good game performance equates to good kitchen performance.

Restaurant expo is easy with The Timeinator Facilitator screen… Every menu item currently being times is shown with the equipment being used to cook the item. The employee and work station are also listed on the screen showing you instantly who to call for to ask any needed questions to your kitchen.
